This post is very late in coming.  Our second of two builds sold in December.  In the end, we had 3 parties make offers with only 4 showings scheduled.  Traffic was astonishingly light, but interest among those who saw the house very strong.  We are pleased that a family with two children are now happy owners of this beautiful home.

We are considering our schedule for developing lots 2 & 3.  We are entertaining some build-to-suit requests, but are not yet clear about our plans.  One thing we are clear about, is each of the next two homes will be unique, well-crafted and offer a beautiful setting beside Chase Brook, Fayston Elementary School, and an extensive trail system, just below the Sugarbush Mt. Ellen ski area.

We do look forward to building two more homes and welcoming a few more neighbors to the Fayston Recreation District of the Mad River Valley.  I will provide updates when there are actions or decisions to share.
